Sheila Cox is the President and founder of Global Match. She has a B.A. in Economics from the University of Tennessee and has spent her 25 year career working in Transportation and Logistics. She has been employed by Freight Forwarders /Customs House Brokers, Steamship Lines, NVOCC's and with both North Carolina State Ports Authority and South Carolina State Ports Authority. She has served on the Board of Directors for the Atlanta Maritime Association, North Carolina World Trade Association, North Carolina Traffic League and Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals. She serves on the Steering Committee of the Global Vision Leadership Group for the Charlotte Intermodal Facility and serves on Central Piedmont Community College Global Workforce and Logistics Education Advisory Committee. She is a member of the Rotary Club of Charlotte.
